Prejudgement

Never judge a book from its title
Never judge a man from his look

In this humble work , I am attempting to talk about one of the problems that we constantly suffer from in our society. There is no doubt that every body has been a victim of prejudgment especially during adolescence.

Is anyone who looks darker likely to be involved in a crime? Is it true that we can guess people’s origins from their looks? Is it true that every one who puts on rimmed glasses reflects that he is smart?
We can simply answer all these and other prejudgments with "no". However, still most people think the opposite. The reason why is that they still judge people from their appearances though they neither know enough information about them nor have even seen them.
As I noticed in my immediate environment, adults tend to have a negative attitude towards teenagers. They think that the majority of them are bad-mannered and unorganized. They also believe that teenagers are characterized by a particular tendency to show off especially in front of girls . According to them, idiotic behavior is usually linked to adolescents. To react, I think there are teenagers who are more organized than adults and also much wiser. Having said that, we can conclude that every one has his own particular understanding of good behaviour. Therefore, we should not be hasty in making judgements about people.

As a result , prejudgment seems to be a dangerous problem because it can be very hurting as well as offending to people. It can also be very demotivating and would hold people back from realizing their dreams. (and makes them feel that some body puts irons in his life and moves ,) Besides, prejudgement leads to doubting oneself and thinking that one is not wanted in his or her community. It may even cause a sort of alienation for the individual and more lack of self-confidence.

This problem has to be solved as soon as possible . We have to find ways to change the wrong ideas and the distorted images we have about each others. We should be more open and tolerant towards evey one. I think, the media must sensitize people to the negative impact that prejudgement has on everyone of us.
